Section 01

Who We Are & Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to Strategic Bridge Consultants (SBC). We are a specialist UK education and student visa consultancy headquartered in Islamabad, Pakistan. Our entire focus is on helping Pakistani students successfully apply to UK universities and navigate the UK Student Visa process from start to finish.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.strategicbridgeconsultants.com and any services you engage us to provide — whether you found us through a Google search, a Facebook or Instagram advertisement, a referral, or any other channel.

By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry form, contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media, or engaging our paid services, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please stop using our website and do not engage our services.

Throughout these Terms: "SBC," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Strategic Bridge Consultants. "You," "the Client," and "the User" refer to any individual who visits this website or uses our services.
Section 02

Services We Provide

SBC is a consultancy, not a university or a government body. We work alongside you throughout the entire UK study journey, offering the following professional services:

  • Free Initial Consultation: A no-obligation session to assess your academic profile, discuss your goals, and outline a realistic pathway to studying in the UK.
  • University & Course Selection: Personalised shortlisting of UK universities and programmes matched to your qualifications, career ambitions, budget, and location preferences.
  • Application Preparation & Submission: Complete support in preparing and submitting your university application, including Statement of Purpose (SOP) drafting, Letters of Recommendation guidance, and academic transcript organisation.
  • Offer Letter & CAS Support: Guidance on accepting conditional and unconditional offers, meeting offer conditions, and obtaining your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).
  • UK Student Visa Application: Expert, step-by-step support with your UK Student Visa application — covering document preparation, financial evidence review, online application completion, and visa interview preparation.
  • Financial Documentation Guidance: Advice on what financial evidence UKVI requires and how to organise and present it correctly.
  • Pre-Departure Briefing: Comprehensive preparation for your move to the UK, including accommodation guidance, travel arrangements, health insurance, banking setup, and cultural orientation.
  • Career Counselling: Strategic advice on choosing courses and institutions that align with your post-graduation career goals and eligibility for the Graduate Route visa.
  • Visa Extensions & Post-Study Support: Ongoing support for Graduate Route applications, dependant visa applications, and any compliance or immigration queries that arise during your studies.

SBC acts exclusively as an independent education consultancy. We are not an official representative of the UK Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), or any specific UK university unless expressly stated in a signed partnership agreement. All final admission and visa decisions rest solely with universities and UKVI respectively.

Section 03

Acceptable Use of Our Website

Our website exists to inform and assist prospective students. You are welcome to browse, read, and use the information available here for your personal, non-commercial use. In doing so, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others;
  • Attempt to access, alter, or disrupt any part of the website, its servers, or any database connected to it without authorisation;
  • Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications (spam), malware, viruses, or any material that is harmful or disruptive;
  • Copy, republish, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or submitting any form on this website.

SBC reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these conditions, without prior notice and without any liability to you.

All content on this website — including articles, guides, and visa information — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, immigration, or financial advice. You should always consult with one of our consultants directly before making decisions about your application.

Section 04

Eligibility

Our website and consultancy services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or over. If you are under 18, you may not directly engage our services or submit personal information through our website or advertisement forms. A parent or legal guardian must do so on your behalf and will be fully responsible for all obligations arising under these Terms.

By using our website or enquiring about our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or a parent/guardian acting on behalf of a student under 18;
  • The information you provide to us is accurate, honest, and up to date;
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Pakistan;
  • You are accessing our services in good faith and for genuine educational purposes.
Section 05

Your Responsibilities as a Client

A successful UK application depends on an honest, timely, and cooperative partnership between you and SBC. When you engage our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Always provide truthful, genuine documents and information. Every academic certificate, financial statement, personal statement, identification document, and supporting record you submit — to SBC, to any UK university, or to UKVI — must be authentic and accurate. Submitting fraudulent, falsified, or misleading documents in a UK visa application is a criminal offence under the UK Immigration Act and is also an offence under Pakistani law. If we discover or suspect document fraud, we will terminate your service immediately without refund and may report the matter to the relevant authorities, including UKVI.
  • Respond promptly to all requests. UK university and visa application deadlines are fixed and unforgiving. When we request documents, signatures, payments, or decisions from you, please provide them without unnecessary delay. SBC will not be responsible for missed deadlines, deferred intakes, or adverse outcomes caused by a client's failure to respond in time.
  • Keep us informed of any changes. If your academic results change, your financial circumstances shift, your passport expires, your travel or immigration history changes, or any other development occurs that could affect your application, you must tell us immediately. Withholding relevant information can result in visa refusal and cannot be SBC's responsibility.
  • Take responsibility for meeting financial requirements. Demonstrating sufficient funds is your responsibility. SBC can advise on what is required, but we cannot arrange, guarantee, or vouch for your finances on your behalf.
  • Comply with UK immigration rules once you arrive. SBC guides and prepares you thoroughly before your departure. Once you are in the UK, you are solely responsible for complying with the conditions of your Student Visa — including attendance requirements, work hour limits, and reporting obligations. SBC bears no responsibility for any visa breach or immigration consequence that occurs after you travel.
Zero Tolerance Policy on Document Fraud SBC will never knowingly assist, facilitate, overlook, or encourage any form of misrepresentation in any application. If at any point we identify that false information or forged documents have been submitted, or that there is an intent to do so, we will end the engagement immediately, without refund, and reserve the right to report the matter to UKVI and Pakistani law enforcement authorities.
Section 06

Our Fees & Payment Terms

SBC's consultancy fees will be clearly communicated to you at the outset of our engagement and confirmed in a written service agreement before any paid work begins. The following terms apply to all fee arrangements:

  • Fee structure: Fees may be structured as a single flat fee, milestone-based instalments tied to key stages of your application, or a combination of both — as agreed in your individual service contract.
  • Transparency first: We will never charge you for any service without your prior written agreement. If the scope of work changes, any additional fees will be discussed and agreed with you before they are incurred.
  • Currency & payment: All fees are quoted and payable in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and other methods as notified to you at the time of engagement.
  • Third-party costs are separate: The following are always your direct responsibility and are not included in SBC's fees — UK visa application fees, Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS), university application fees, IELTS/TOEFL/PTE test fees, document attestation and apostille charges, biometric appointment costs, and courier or postage fees.
  • Non-payment: If a payment is not made by the agreed due date, SBC reserves the right to pause or suspend your service until payment is received. We will not be responsible for any negative outcome, missed deadline, or lost opportunity that results from a service suspension due to non-payment.
Section 07

Refund Policy

We invest significant time, expertise, and resources into every client from the very first interaction. Our refund policy reflects this reality:

  • Initial consultation fee: Any consultation or profile assessment fee is non-refundable once the session has taken place, regardless of whether you proceed to engage our full services.
  • Completed service milestones: Fees paid for services already delivered — such as a completed SOP, a submitted university application, or a prepared visa file — are non-refundable. This applies irrespective of whether the university or UKVI accepts or rejects the application.
  • Visa refusal: A visa refusal by UKVI does not automatically entitle you to a refund of consultancy fees paid. Where a refusal results from factors outside SBC's control (such as financial shortfall, incomplete documents submitted by the client, changes in UKVI policy, or a client's previous immigration history), no refund will be due. Where SBC has clearly failed in a professional obligation, any refund consideration will be assessed individually at our discretion.
  • Client withdrawal mid-service: If you choose to withdraw from our service after work has commenced, fees paid for work already completed or actively in progress are non-refundable. Where work has not yet started on a paid milestone, a partial refund may be considered at SBC's discretion.
  • How to request a refund: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@strategicbridgeconsultants.com within 14 days of the triggering event, clearly explaining the grounds for your request. We will respond in writing within 14 business days.
Section 08

No Guarantee of Outcome — Please Read Carefully

This is one of the most important sections of these Terms. Please read it before engaging our services.

SBC is a professional consultancy. We take pride in our process, our attention to detail, and the quality of the guidance we provide. Our published success statistics — including our 95% visa success rate — reflect our genuine track record across hundreds of applications. However, these figures are historical and informational only. They do not, and cannot, constitute a guarantee or warranty of any specific individual outcome.

SBC cannot and does not guarantee any of the following:

  • Admission to any UK university, college, or academic programme;
  • Approval of a UK Student Visa or any other immigration application;
  • Issuance of a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) by any institution;
  • Award of any scholarship, bursary, tuition waiver, or financial funding;
  • Any specific processing time or decision timeline from UKVI or any university;
  • Any post-study outcome, including employment or further immigration status.

All admission decisions are made solely and independently by UK universities. All visa decisions are made solely and independently by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), a department of the UK Home Office. Both operate according to their own criteria, policies, and discretion — all of which are completely beyond SBC's influence or control.

SBC's role is to prepare you and your application to the highest possible standard. The decision is always made by the institution or authority concerned.

Section 09

Your Privacy & How We Handle Your Data

We collect personal information — including your name, contact details, academic background, and financial information — when you visit our website, fill in any form, respond to our advertisements, or engage our consultancy services. This information is used solely to provide our services, respond to your enquiries, and communicate relevant opportunities to you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Your details are shared only with the UK universities and UKVI you have specifically authorised us to approach on your behalf.

When you submit your information through one of our Facebook, Instagram, or Google advertisements, the data you provide is received by SBC and used only to follow up on your study or visa enquiry. It is handled with the same level of confidentiality as any other client communication.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. For full details of how we collect, store, and use your information — including your rights and our data retention periods — please read our Privacy Policy.

Section 10

Cookies & Advertising Technologies

Our website uses cookies and related technologies. We use these to remember your preferences, understand how visitors navigate our website, and support our paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Specifically, we use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking on our website. These tools allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements and, where you have interacted with our ads or website previously, to show you relevant SBC advertisements on those platforms. This is standard practice across all professional service websites and does not involve sharing your personally identifiable information with Meta or Google.

You may disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. You can also opt out of Meta ad personalisation at facebook.com/adpreferences and Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

By continuing to use our website, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this section and in our Privacy Policy.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

Everything you see on this website — the text, design, layout, graphics, logos, and all other content — belongs to Strategic Bridge Consultants and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may read and use this content for your own personal reference, but you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute any part of this website's content for commercial purposes without our written consent;
  • Republish our content on any other website, platform, or publication without permission;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Documents that SBC creates specifically for your application — such as your Statement of Purpose, covering letters, or personal statements — are delivered to you for use in your own application only. They may not be resold, shared with other applicants, published, or used for any other purpose.

All original documents, certificates, and personal information that you provide to SBC remain your property at all times.

Section 12

Third-Party Links

For your convenience, our website may contain links to external websites including UK universities, the UKVI website, UCAS, and other relevant resources. These links are provided purely for reference.

SBC has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party website. The presence of a link on our website does not imply that we endorse or recommend that organisation. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any external site you visit.

Section 13

Limitation of Liability

We are committed to providing a professional and high-quality service. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SBC's total financial liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the total consultancy fees actually paid by you to SBC for the specific service to which the claim relates.

In no event will SBC be liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage of any kind;
  • Loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, financial loss, or reputational damage;
  • A visa refusal, university rejection, or application withdrawal — where the cause was a decision by UKVI, a university, or another authority acting independently;
  • Adverse outcomes directly resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information or documents provided by the client;
  • Changes in UK immigration law, UKVI policy, or university entry requirements that occur after your engagement with SBC began;
  • Courier or postal delays in the delivery of physical documents;
  • Technical errors, downtime, or inaccessibility of this website.

Nothing in these Terms seeks to limit or exclude SBC's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

Section 14

Complaints & Resolution

If you are ever unhappy with any aspect of our service, we want to hear from you. We are committed to resolving all genuine complaints fairly, transparently, and without unnecessary delay.

  1. Raise it with us first. Email your complaint to info@strategicbridgeconsultants.com. Please include your full name, your phone number, a clear description of your concern, and any supporting documentation. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days.
  2. We will investigate and respond. A senior member of our team will review your complaint and provide a written response within 14 business days of acknowledgement. If your matter is complex and requires more time, we will write to you with an updated timeline.
  3. Escalation. If you remain dissatisfied after receiving our formal response, you may request that the matter be referred to an independent mediator agreed upon by both parties in Islamabad, Pakistan.

We ask all clients to follow this process before considering any legal action. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through open and honest communication.

Section 15

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or with any service provided by SBC — which cannot be resolved through our complaints process or mediation — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

If you are accessing our services from outside Pakistan, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and that Pakistani law will still govern your relationship with SBC unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Section 16

Changes to These Terms

The UK education and immigration landscape evolves constantly, and so does our business. SBC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or the requirements of advertising platforms such as Meta and Google.

The date shown at the top of this page will be updated each time a revision is made. Where a change is material and may affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you — by email if you are an active client, or by displaying a notice on our website.

Your continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a revised version, please stop using our services and contact us to discuss your options.
